Instructions for use:

1) Input directory is the folder that contains the files to be analysed. Input directory and press enter.

2) Output directory is the folder that you want the output files to be saved to. Input directory and press enter.

NOTE: Dragging and dropping the input/output folders when prompted speeds up this step

3) enter threshold. This is the alpha value in the hypothesis test (for instance an input of 0.05 will reject null hypothesis if p-value is <0.05). Press enter.

4) You will be prompted to enter the column that contains the conductance values. Enter this and press enter. (values must be in linear scale not log).

NOTE: Files must be in .txt format (.lvm for instance will not work). Easy way to change the extension is to go to the CMD prompt and enter, for the .lvm example: ren *.lvm *.txt.
This will rename all of the files to have the file extension .txt.
